|Qaryat Moussa : Was Kfarsghab formed by the merge of two villages somewhere in the Seventeen Century ? The villages could be Kfarsghab and Qaryat (Day'at) Moussa. The latter is mentionned in the Ottoman Archives as well as in the Maronite Historians books like Douaihy, AinTourini, .... A possible site is to be found between Kfarsghab and Bqoufa, in the region of Marj. Mar Ghostine and Mart Moura could be the remnants of its churches and cemetery. Has Jacobites anything to do with the disparition of Qaryat Moussa, or is it lack of water ?
